These terms are a starting point written for a UK online tuition business. Have a solicitor review them before you take real payments.

Terms of service

Madressat El Noor provides live online lessons in Quran recitation, memorisation, tajweed and Arabic. Lessons are delivered by video call at the times shown on the classroom page. A place in a classroom is limited to ten students and is held for you once payment has cleared.

Fees and billing

Fees are charged monthly in advance, in pounds sterling, on the date you enrol and the same date each month after. Payment is taken by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

Attendance and cancellation

If a teacher cancels a lesson, that lesson is credited to your next month. If a student misses a lesson, the recording is posted to their dashboard, but the lesson is not credited. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if a student cannot attend.

Conduct

Classrooms are shared spaces for children. We may remove a student from a classroom without refund for behaviour that disrupts other students. Lesson recordings must not be shared outside the family that enrolled.

Privacy notice

We collect the student's name and age, the parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, and the lesson history and progress notes kept by teachers. We use this only to run lessons, contact you about them, and take payment.

Payment data

We do not see or store card numbers. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and held by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. We receive only the payment result and the last four digits.

Video lessons

Lessons run on Zoom and may be recorded for the enrolled family's revision. Recordings are kept for the duration of enrolment plus three months, then deleted. Tell us if you do not want a student recorded and we will turn recording off for that classroom.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Refunds

If you have taken no lessons in the current month, message us within 14 days of payment and we will refund that month in full. If you have taken some lessons, we refund the unused portion at the per-lesson rate. Refunds are returned to the card used, usually within five working days.

شروط الخدمة

تقدّم مدرسة النور حصصاً مباشرة أونلاين في تلاوة القرآن وحفظه والتجويد واللغة العربية. وتُقدَّم الحصص عبر مكالمة مرئية في المواعيد المعروضة في صفحة الفصول. والمقعد في الفصل محدود بعشرة طلاب، ويُحجز لك بمجرد تأكيد الدفع.

الرسوم والفوترة

تُحصَّل الرسوم شهرياً مقدماً بالجنيه الإسترليني، يوم تسجيلك ثم في نفس التاريخ من كل شهر. ويتم الدفع عبر سترايب. ويمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت من صفحتك؛ فيوقف الإلغاء الدفعة التالية وتبقى لك الخدمة حتى نهاية الشهر المدفوع.

الحضور والإلغاء

إن ألغى المعلم حصة، احتُسبت لك في الشهر التالي. وإن غاب الطالب عن حصة، نُشر التسجيل في صفحته، ولا تُحتسب الحصة. ونرجو إشعارنا قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل إن تعذّر حضور الطالب.

السلوك

الفصول مساحات مشتركة للأطفال. ويجوز لنا إخراج الطالب من الفصل دون استرداد إن كان سلوكه يعطّل بقية الطلاب. ولا يجوز مشاركة تسجيلات الحصص خارج الأسرة المسجِّلة.

إشعار الخصوصية

نجمع اسم الطالب وعمره، واسم ولي الأمر وبريده وهاتفه، وسجل الحصص وملاحظات التقدم التي يدوّنها المعلمون. ونستخدم ذلك فقط لتشغيل الحصص والتواصل معك بشأنها وتحصيل الدفع.

بيانات الدفع

لا نرى أرقام البطاقات ولا نحفظها. تُدخَل بيانات البطاقة في صفحة سترايب نفسها وتُحفظ لديها، وهي معتمدة وفق معيار PCI DSS المستوى الأول. ولا يصلنا إلا نتيجة الدفع وآخر أربعة أرقام.

الحصص المرئية

تُعقد الحصص على زوم وقد تُسجَّل لمراجعة الأسرة المسجِّلة. وتُحفظ التسجيلات مدة التسجيل وثلاثة أشهر بعده ثم تُحذف. أخبرنا إن كنت لا ترغب في تسجيل الطالب فنوقف التسجيل في ذلك الفصل.

حقوقك

بموجب لائحة حماية البيانات في المملكة المتحدة، يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك لدينا، أو طلب تصحيحها، أو طلب حذفها. راسلنا ونرد خلال شهر. ويمكنك أيضاً الشكوى إلى مكتب مفوض المعلومات.

الاسترداد

إن لم تحضر أي حصة في الشهر الجاري، راسلنا خلال 14 يوماً من الدفع ونرد ذلك الشهر كاملاً. وإن حضرت بعض الحصص، رددنا الجزء غير المستخدم بسعر الحصة. وتُرد المبالغ إلى البطاقة المستخدمة، غالباً خلال خمسة أيام عمل.
